I forgot my password
If you forgot your password and need a new one, click "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page, or visit buildpad.io/forgot-password and enter the email address associated with your Buildpad account.
We'll send you a link to that email address, which will enable you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the reset email in your inbox! The link expires after 1 hour.
If you originally signed up with Google, your account has no password. Use the Google sign-in button on the sign-in page instead.
I'm logged in, but my projects are gone
If you have successfully signed in but your projects are missing, you may have accidentally created a second account while attempting to access your original account. Please log out and sign in again using any other email address you may have used to create your correct account, or with Google if that's how you originally signed up.
If you still can't find your account, submit a support request and select "I cannot access my account" as the type of issue.
