I can't sign in
Signing in only takes your email address. On the sign-in page, choose "Sign in with email", enter the address you created your account with, and we'll email you a 6-digit code that signs you in. There are no passwords. If you used to sign in with one, the code replaces it. If you originally signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in button instead.
I'm not receiving the code
Check your spam folder first. Each code expires after 15 minutes, and you can always request a new one from the sign-in page. If you see "No account found with this email", you likely created your account with a different email address or with Google. Try any other addresses you may have used.
I'm logged in, but my projects are gone
If you have successfully signed in but your projects are missing, you may have accidentally created a second account while attempting to access your original account. Please log out and sign in again using any other email address you may have used to create your correct account, or with Google if that's how you originally signed up.
If you still can't access your account, submit a support request and select "I cannot access my account" as the type of issue.
